SG Product Line – On-Line Cleaners ( Conditioners):
The SG Product Line is developed for the Paper and Board Industry
but can also be used in other industries like Food, Textile
and Waste Water Treatment. All our different system configuration
in SG Product Line are based on use of common components and
hence can be supplied with short delivery time. Due to this
modular design, the system can be expanded as different combinations
can be made. Also the system is easy to maintain and the cost
of maintenance and the inventory of spares is low. The software
of our control systems are tailor made meeting the requirements
of the customer.

– Conditioner SPLP : Single Purpose Low Pressure
This product
is designed for continuous operation in wet/ press sections
and discontinues operation in dryer section of all types
of board and paper machines. This product will radically
lift the degradation curve of press felts.

– Conditioner SPHP : Single Purpose High Pressure
This product
is designed for continuous operation in dryer sections
of board and paper machines. This product will extend
the lifetime of dryers felts and reduce the energy consumptions.

– Conditioner MP : Multi Purpose
This product is designed for
continuous in combination with discontinuous operation
in dryer sections of all types of board and paper machines.
This product will extend the lifetime of dryers felts
and reduce the energy consumptions. This system can during
a sheet break, recondition severely contaminated felt
in just few minutes.

– Conditioner VAC : Vaccum Drain
This
product is designed for continuous roll cleaning ; for
example on or off-line coaters. This system combines
medium pressure water cleaning with a low vaccum drain.
This system is equipped with a retractable head for
an instant removal of the head incase of a sheet break.

– Tail Cutter LP : Low Pressure web cutter
This product is
designed to cut the web both in Machine Direction and
in Cross Direction with low pressure water. The system
has two double nozzle cutting heads with a redundant feeding
system.

– Tail Cutter HP : High Pressure sheet cutter
This product is
designed to cut any kind of paper or board sheet in the
Cross Direction with high pressure water. The system has
two double nozzle cutting heads with a redundant feeding
system.

– Trimmer LP : Low Pressure trim squirts
This product is
designed to trim any kind of paper or board web with low
pressure water. The system has two double nozzle cutting
heads with a redundant feeding system.

This product is

pressure water. The system has two double nozzle cutting
